How It Works

You have the option of dropping your PC or laptop off at our office (2100 Byberry Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116), having us pick it up for you for free (within reasonable distance of the Philadelphia Area, or shipping it to us at no cost to you.

No problem is too severe for us to fix. Whether you’re encountering a hardware failure, virus, or need upgrades, we guarantee to have your issue resolved.

With shipping, we will ship you a custom box with prepaid postage. Simply wrap your computer in the supplied packaging, attach the prepaid postage, and drop it off to your local UPS or authorized drop-off store. DO NOT place the package in the mailbox. All computers are tracked through a secure database to ensure their safe and prompt delivery. Our staff will address your issue in a timely manner, keeping you updated on the status of your order. When it’s completed, we simply ship it back to you. Shipments will be insured for the value of your computer.

Once we’ve evaluated your computer problem, we will immediately give you a cost estimate. All of our fixes are guaranteed.

Remote Support

In some cases, we can address your issues right over the Internet. We can securely take control of your computer and fix common issues remotely. As long as you have an Internet connection and a problem that doesn’t affect connectivity, we can likely tackle your problem remotely. However, if you’re experiencing a computer virus, this will likely prohibit us from being able to access your machine remotely.
